Communication is extremely poor; responses are delayed, and when they do come, they are often rude and dismissive. No formal documentation or credibility – Employees are denied even the most basic professional documents such as experience certificates or relieving letters. Worse, the management has a tendency to spread false allegations of “dual employment” to other companies without any proof, jeopardizing careers. Toxic workload expectations – The work culture is exploitative. Employees are expected to be available 24/7, with no respect for boundaries. Regardless of task size, unreasonable workloads are piled on without structure or support.
