-Communication here is terrible, between upper management and techs.
-There’s a lot of “high school” drama. People will gang up on someone that isn’t liked and tell on them to management to get them fired
-Unfortunately there’s a good amount of supervisors and a manager that are not good leaders. It seems to be whom ever is liked best gets promoted, not whom is best suited for the position. This is probably the worst thing about the job. The saying “People quit managers, not jobs” is in full effect here
-HIGH turn over rate, that’s why they’re always hiring. It’s mostly because of the pay and the bad leaders that I mentioned
-The pay is decent, but doesn’t seem to reflect the very important work that we do
-Problems often not solved
