Ventajas
To be honest, the greatest value for me at Allwin is the flexibility and people-centeredness that is noticeable everywhere and is all-pervasive. In all areas, the employee's opinion and how he feels and what his ideas are about the future matter and are important. Nothing is forced on anyone, ideas are thrown around, which we then discuss together, and in the end, a solution is always created that is good for everyone and with which everyone will be satisfied. Already during the interview, I really liked that the candidate's personality, attitude and how well he would fit into the team can make as much of a difference as the expertise he possesses. What I also really like at Allwin is that I can constantly develop a lot professionally, on varied and exciting projects, with the help of professionally outstanding mentors. You will meet a very welcoming, friendly and humorous environment who come to work here. After a few months, I felt as if I had known my colleagues for years. We regularly hold diverse and creative team building sessions, but there is always time for an informal and joint conversation with a couple of drinks.
