Ventajas
The people at this company have always been its greatest strength. The employees work hard and even given the circumstances, have made working here in incredible experience. Other than that, some good benefits with perks like covering 50% of a gym membership and covered travel.
Desventajas
Once a great place to learn and start a career is now a severely unpleasant place to work. When starting, I understood that this was a full-time in office role and that the pay was below industry standards, but we had so much creative freedom to handle our own projects and really dive into our creativity so I accepted those cons of the role. Now, there is nothing tethering me to this position.
Recently new upper management has been introduced and I fear that was the start of an unpleasant experience. There is so much confusion, redirection, unclear instructions, tight deadlines, questioning, and backwards thinking that completing your work is nearly impossible. I no longer felt I was gaining anything from working here. Creative freedom was stripped and workloads doubled while requests for fair compensation were blatantly belittled and denied.
