Hi, Algonomy is a combination of RichRelevance and Manthan, our Executive leaders represent Algonomy, not either legal entity. At a leadership level all decisions are made for Algonomy. There are regular leadership meetings, both within groups and at Algonomy level. There is a monthly All Hands that also caters to keeping the organisation updated on the latest and greatest.
