-Was told to try not to use the sick days we are provided and apart of our salary - IT did not perform their duties on time and we were a week late on a program during training - Training was very overwhelming with too much being taught too quickly - hard to keep up and very stressful - Trainer sub par - did not feel I got the additional training / guidance needed/ necessary - upon hiring no o e told me I needed a Ethernet port in the room the computers were in- so fyi - they drop off all the equipment and you have to set it all up by yourself - not my forte .. and take it down and box it back up - No support from team leads / management - Was let go in training, they figured a trainee should be more proficient at that time frame, a very cold short explanation or ending the working relationship, I was served a termination letter 3 hours later - High production expectation - was told there’s new on boarding for training , 2 days before myself and the new hire ( started with me ) got dismissed - Was not notified/ told by week 3 ( 2 if you count IT issues ) if you are not at a level of expectation you will be let go - Very low salary - Personal issue: extremely stressful, lots of information and tasks to do, pulling extra hours to keep up. Very mentally draining and too rushed and expected too much at 3 weeks of training - IMO . I e spoken to current staff who struggled “ SO much “ in training ( in their words ) and did not feel comfortable until 6-12 months after they were done training and asked team lead ALOT of questions daily. ( I would like to have been given an opportunity to succeed like this staff member received ) or given a grading system that determined I was not fit for the role and not blindsided when I got dismissed. -
