Ventajas

Great autonomy to call on current relationships, great sales manager mentor, impressive fleet of machinery, knowledgeable mechanics. Great team environment.

Desventajas

While the vertical integration of machines thru sales is a great idea, in the rental game all anyone cares about is bottom line price. We constantly got beat by price. Delivery charges were incredibly high and availability of fleet was absorbed by larger hubs like Houston making it harder for smaller market branches, even with sold jobs, to move machines in to move them to customers.

Ventajas

This company allowed a lot of autonomy as long as the revenue was coming in.

Desventajas

There was some definite favoritism going on, where some guys were handed opportunities and others were on their own.
