Politics,no raise, no appraisal,no engagement,no resolution,no food,no cafeteria,break times...it's a jail. People will either get frustrated n leave or the HR will somehow create the perfect reason for you to leave by your choice. No respect of employees, dnt know who has hired the HR team and from which company and college they have got education from. Useless people. They sit in good room and they have created our cubicles like so bad...stinky and disgusting. the toilet is most unhygienic the public toilets are much more cleaner.the office cafeteria is like smelly and the food is stale.

There are some long time employees, from across the org, that were pretty good on a personal level.

Desventajas

Leadership is sooo out of touch, it is not even funny. CEO constantly talks about AI, but doesn't have a clue, they struggle to even build a data repository to capture user and campaign data - so nothing in terms of insights from the last 20+ years in the marketing industry. So no data science... no real AI value. Pretty much everything is outsourced, from ops and creative services to offshore resources (which is fine, some good IC's in Pune and Cebu), to even their user interface which is built by their competitors. They literally have little to no proprietary technology of value. Everything is manual or out of date software. High turnover - low morale. Hire and Fire resources that could not fix their dumpster fire of a company, plus a lot of the sales org is now jumping ship.
