more activities and more lots of good people specially AAISI employees
Desventajas
Poor Management. AWS dont know how to keep employees. Many Engineers in AWS have no project after deployment and they only focus on what is your certifications rather than your skill.. so meaning even you dont have skill but you have certification they will promote you even without project.
