"Leaders" that have no background in business development or revenue generation responsible for sales strategy.
Wasn't uncommon to report to a new leader or move sales territories multiple times in a year but quota never changed.
Top performers are expected to do and sell more but additional financial upside was out of the question.
A select group of legacy employees and "leaders" made decisions in a bubble in most cases.
I was a top performer during my entire tenure at ATS. I agreed to work out a two week notice to help transition my accounts but was terminated after three days.
No one in middle management, director, or exec-level roles asked for feedback or even made the time to send an email wishing me well or thanking me for my contributions during my five years with the company.
In fact, my health insurance was terminated with no warning before I left the last day. My contributions and sacrifices for ATS meant so little to the company that they didn't care that my two small children wouldn't have insurance for over a month when I tried to leave the right way.
