Ventajas
I have worked for small companies, large companies and in between. No place is perfect, but I can truly say I found my happy place here at APS. APS has a great team environment that is small enough that everyone feels like family. Almost all team members are passionate about the company and providing amazing service. There is opportunity for growth for the company and the individuals. The atmosphere is laid back and we are not micro managed which makes it nice. Much effort is exerted to make everyone feel welcome and have fun. There are lots of opportunities to socialize and do some teambuilding.
Desventajas
You can see from some of the negative reviews on here that some of the employees are toxic and like to spread negativity - they need to go somewhere else to find their happy place. Its quite obvious they haven't worked at too many other companies, because TRUST ME - this place is great! Grass isn't always greener - go see for yourself. And if you are that unhappy, talk to someone first before spreading toxic comments all over the web.
