Ventajas

Steady source of income. Instrument’s not as advanced as name implies, fairly easy to work on. Solentim provided a mild technical challenge.

Desventajas

Company overall culture was like a Merry-Go-Round nightmare.. all the good people hanging on the edge or thrown out, those deceiving and manipulating safely kept in an inner circle, all while the company is in a constant speed-up of “sell sell sell” with terrible moral decisions at service team expense. Schedule was wildly unpredictable. Poor decision for change in supervisor structure led to no support nor accountability; escalation ends at supervisor as there is no manager nor director representation. Bus driver for a supervisor. Unrealistic fast pace, no direction, always in a panic reactive mode for service contract customers.

Ventajas

CEO and his PE overlord must be carving out a nice package for themselves.

Desventajas

This place worked like a team before takeover. Now the new culture is survival mode. It brings out the worst in some people. Stab or be stabbed. Hard to trust, just watch your back and hope to survive.
