In 28 years I have never worked with a more competent, hard working and professional group of people. This site has an incredible work culture, no finger pointing, total focus on delivering for the patient, I love it. If you like to work, and you thrive on challenges, you will thrive at AAA.

I don't really count this as a "CON" to working at AAA, but if I'm going be transparent, we are currently in "Start Up" phase and there's so many things still needing to be done before we go commercial. This is a stressful time and demands being patient and thorough. But the payoff is going to make it all worth it!
