Ventajas

- 75% have achieved either Good or Very Good performance grade! - There are a total of 6 categories you could score points, one of the categories is commitment. - In order to achieve Good grade in commitment category, you have to show your commitment by doing OT > 10% and take MC < 1%. - Only exceptional people could achieve Very Good grade in commitment category, they must have "Can die, cannot sick" spirit. - Focusing on your attendance and also the quality of your output. - Developing the culture of work-life integration.* *Work-life integration does not refer to work-life balance. - Fostering learning culture by having monthly Lunch & Learn sessions - one session (0.5 to 1 hour) per month. - Nice colleagues.

Desventajas

- Overseas cycling trips (incentive trip for high performers and HR) are challenging, but if you are a highly skilled cyclist, you would love the cycling trips. However, no matter how bad you are at cycling, you will be supported by nice colleagues throughout the trip. - Cost of overseas trip is partially payable by people who serve less than year. It is pro-rated based on your employment duration. - Customizable system has room for improvement.

Last pay must wait for 2 weeks then pay... some more must deduct this and deduct that.... horrible.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We take all employee feedback seriously and remain committed to continuously improving our work environment and addressing any concerns raised by our employees. We would like to clarify that our final salary settlement procedures are clearly outlined in our staff handbook where final payments are processed upon satisfactory exit clearance for local employees, or after IR21 tax clearance for foreign employees which can take 2 weeks or more, in accordance with company policy and regulatory requirements.
