Attracts their clients through cheap prices causing the company to lose money. This forces employees to rush through work with faulty equipment who are then blamed for poor work - this is then used as reason to not give raises or provide adequate training.
They shift focus and operating procedure every few weeks depending on which clients left or what new projects they accepted. Deadlines are provided that employee's can't meet because every day is already backlogged. They use reasons like 'have to do it this way for the FDA now' every few weeks despite failing their audits for the last 5 years.
You'll wait weeks to get the materials needed to do your job, whether it's training, a notebook, or a desk.
