Ventajas
Depends on which team you work for. For eg: If you work for a HR team then don't do any work, check your FB all day, watch you-tube videos, check Instagram, and you will get promotions, good pay hike and awards for doing these works. So if you have got a job call for HR Team, CNR Team, Operations Team, Digital Marketing team, then just go-ahead, you can earn without doing anything.
Desventajas
1 .Again it depends on the team you are working for, for eg: if you work for a Finance and Accounts, Facilities or Content team, then you give your 200%, stay extra hour, do the best work possible, make things perfect which ever is in your control, and still they will find reasons to put you on blame (Even if you are a executive they will put all blames on you which a management level guy should take), not to promote you even with good performance and experience, not to give pay hike (you will not be evening getting 50% market standard salary) and finally even to fire you without any reason. 2. All benefits is directly linked to favorites. (Better plan and impress your manager and management rather than doing actual required work, your work has no value here, You will get all the benefits if they like the way you impress them. 3. Too much politics and I have not seen the company grow even a bit from last 5 years, all these are due to politics and selfishness. 4. They don't no the meaning of escalation metrics, any dog can go and complain to top management and they without even verifying their complain will punish the other person. 5. No Value for your service. (They put all the wrong this happened in ur team completely on you once you quit your job. They play a nice blame game). 6. You can find more decision makers than people who actually work in all the teams. You will be ordered by more people to do some work than the actual people doing the work. 7. etc etc etc. Many Such things. The company was amazing place to work till 2013 and it kept going worst and now the worst place to work.
