Ventajas
AP's positive culture continues to be like no other company I've worked at or heard of. It waterfalls directly down from the Senior Leadership team that practices what AP's Core Values preach. I've been fortunate enough to work at AP for a few years and have watched it firsthand evolve to be bigger and better than the previous year. The culture is aggressive to learn and constantly improving, which I appreciate as I look to work for a company that I want to be at long-term with stability and achieve my goals. I love this company and the people I get to work with all over the world!

A professional and personal growth mindset is necessary to succeed at AP. If you're willing to lean into the feedback, you'll see fast improvement with elevation following. It's a fast-paced environment but if you're not afraid to ask for help and take advantage of the resources around you, you'll be able to thrive.
