Ventajas

The teamwork and mutual respect within my former team were exceptional.

Desventajas

Customers were furious about constant calculation errors, and guess who had to take the heat? Us consultants. We were stuck explaining away glitches we had no control over, and ATOSS customer service? Laughably bad. There is no way to fix the problems ourselves, just hours wasted placating clients while ATOSS sat on their hands.

Flexible time A good learning place for juniors.

Desventajas

Very low compensation (low salary + low bonuses + long waitlist for internal promotion). Promotion is based on seniority, not on skills and achievements. Understaffed teams. Unqualified managers / team leaders that can't make decisions or plan in advance. Outdated processes.
