Ventajas

Good working environment. No micromanagement. Helpful senior staff.

Desventajas

As contractors, most cons were a direct result of the clients' lack of knowledge and expertise in running a CRM desk. Reading a few articles and then trying to establish policy and procedures are not the way industry works. CRM desks require consistency in policy and procedures so that the analysts can implement them effectively and client's employees are not confused about the ever-changing procedures.

Training was good. Coworkers are helpful.

Desventajas

The pay! $18.81/hr is not worth the amount of work you have to do. They told us in training that there would be a minimal of 3 inbound calls. That was a lie. I've had more than 4 calls come through within the first 2 weeks. The amount of outbound calls you have to make are insane. It's a waste of time. And don't do the evenings because you'll do double the work on outbound calls with no pay differential. Everything is on a spreadsheet and the system that you do use doesn't work.
