ASL19 is a great company to start your career. Finance team is relatively smaller so you get an hands on experience on different areas of finance including FP&A, Budgeting, Modelling and various ad-hoc projects.
The leadership team is so supportive and welcoming. They genuinely want to see you succeed and grow, both personally and professionally. The Director of Finance is incredibly experienced, and working under her mentorship was such a great learning experience.
The hybrid work setup is perfect for maintaining a good work-life balance, and the office lunches are such a fun and unique part of the culture here. It’s those little things that really make a difference.
What I’ve also loved is that you feel like your work matters. The team is open to new ideas, and you get to contribute to projects that actually have an impact. Overall, it was a very rewarding experience. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking to start their career.
