Hello. We have reviewed your posts and the concerns that you have expressed. These types are concerns are not something we hear within the organization through our various feedback loops that employees can utilize. In fact, our recent internal engagement statistics show employee happiness is 4/5. Additionally, suggestions received through our employee engagement tool indicate that employees find the culture and leadership incredibly supportive and inclusive. With our new DEI policy, we know that this will only further enhance the culture here at ASEBP. We also increased vacation time for all staff in 2022, which means all staff have a minimum of three weeks vacation upon hire and increasing one day/year thereafter. Additionally, we provide two float days, a day of personal significance, and a volunteer day. While we try to provide a great compensation package, culture, and innovative work environment, it isn’t the right workplace for everyone and we wish you well with your future endeavours.
