Intense micromanagement at every level. ZERO growth or salary negotiation, you agree or terminate employment. HR response time is 1 to 4 weeks on avg, has been longer. Dangerous overturn rate and minimal if any hiring over the last 2 years. ZERO regard for employee issues during pandemic, likely due a shortage of management.

No pros whatsoever - nothing about this place is positive

Desventajas

This organization is disgraceful: so incredibly bad that they caused the contract to implode after I spent thousands trying to get it started up. Communication: a joke. Ethics: nonexistent. The fine print of the agreement with them includes clauses that allow them to screw you over and get away with it.
