      Ventajas

      Fairly competitive pay with semi-consistent raises. Flexible hours with opportunities for remote work.

      Desventajas

      I dont like some of the IT policies. My first 2 years here I had to get an admin to approve every software library I needed to install significantly slowing down my work. Engineers dont seem to stay at the company more than a couple years so the project team is always changing.
