If you like having control over your work, this is a great place to be.

      Desventajas

      Priorities shift fast, and strategies evolve quickly. What worked last quarter might not be relevant next quarter. If you love agility and adaptability, great! If you prefer long-term stability and predictability, this could be challenging.

      Ventajas

      - If you think it's OK to be afraid to ask for help, this place is for you. - If you think refactoring is a waste of time this is also a fit for you. - Go for it if you think its OK to treat employees as less than C* positions. - You will be able to try filling multiple roles. It's a trap. Look for somewhere else!

      Desventajas

      - Constant micro aggression environment - Ghosting is a thing - Lack of trust between leaders and developers - Arrogant communication - I have heard things like "I would do that in 5 minutes", "I said that already, aren't you listening?", "That's all you've done?", "John would do it better", etc etc.. - Poor management. Tasks are not specified and you will be charged by the number of PRs you open. No quality involved - Weak/fragile code. Trust me, it will be a nightmare to touch it
