      Ventajas

      The People are great. We are like family.

      Desventajas

      ALL is a mid-size organization. It some times resists to change or take some time to adapt or change. Other than that, ALL is a great place to work. It has great compensation package, great health benefits, great perks, and overall the culture is great.

      Ventajas

      Well managed, not too small and not too large. They've been able to keep that family culture feel current even as they grow. I believe this results from the top - Partners are good people and good at what they do. This is not a sweat shop and top talent is recognized. They care about they clients & their employees. A great company to work for.

      Desventajas

      This is public accounting; not unusual to work Saturdays during the height of tax season. Some inconsistencies with the way partners operate - I don't think this is unusual but nevertheless.
