Ventajas
I only have fond sentiments on my experience working for this company. They believe in employee development and are flexible, fostering a healthy work/life culture. Everyone is friendly and helpful. They were the first to give me an opportunity to work in-house corporate after I graduated. I’ll never forget how we came together as a team when the pandemic struck, leaving us to work for over a year from home. Productivity was strong and the CEO/President is down to earth and approachable, not like in other huge corporate places where hierarchy and office politics exist. I highly recommend this place to work for!
Desventajas
Only con I have is that I left for a different opportunity only to realize there is no other company like this one, as my standards for employment is high and I now find myself consistently comparing places to work with ACS.
