Ventajas

-Taught me the big key difference between what is a boss from what is a leader. Unfortunately, I worked under the boss

Desventajas

-They got the somewhat decent product but they ALWAYS fail to listen to their clients. If you look into the ACD forum, you will see users who used their product for more than 20 years and have such great feedback to make the product better. However, they know, and I know that ACD systems never bothers to listen to them. Customer feedback is considered next to nothing and that shows why this company has never grown past 30 years. -The management team is a total MESS. The executives like to point fingers and boss you around. They WILL micro-mange you. They will not listen to you. They will never bother to hold a meeting including you but only to themselves. You will be left alone, without the correct guidance. -Most of their customers (especially Canvas X 2017 which is the most lucrative software) are old folks who's been using the software for more than 10-20 years. A handful of these folks are the ones who are unwillingly purchasing your software. When the new generation (people in their 20~40s) take over the field, they WILL not know your software nor will buy them. So it's most likely that this company will die soon in 10 years are so when all the old folks retire and there are no more client base to sell to. -There is no team. There are only individuals.

Ventajas

Paycheck never bounced. Very little micromanagement.

Desventajas

Management doesn't have foresight to promote good employees, because they don't want to lose them in their current postion.
