Ventajas
Working at 59th Parallel was one of the most fulfilling professional experiences I’ve had. The leadership truly values people and creates an environment where creativity, collaboration, and learning are encouraged daily. I felt trusted with meaningful work from the start, which helped me build both skills and confidence. The team is supportive, approachable, and genuinely passionate about what they do and that energy is contagious. There’s a great balance of guidance and autonomy, so you’re never micromanaged but always have someone to turn to for help. Every day felt exciting, and my contributions were recognised and appreciated.
Desventajas
Honestly, nothing major. If anything, I wish I could have stayed longer!
