The best people you can work with, all teams are hard working people! Amazing spirit between teams, everyone will help you. Good salary, but there is no any benefits such as health insurance, dental insurance, sport packages or any wellness allowance, no bonuses, and overtime’s are not paid, so in the end salary is up to market if you compare that other companies has lower salary, but offers variety of benefits. You can learn a lot from amount of work an colleagues experience, this company has the best engineers I worked with!
Desventajas
No diversity in company, looks like no one even know what it is; top management can not explain the strategy to employees or any plans for future; a lot of people were fired after data leak case; no clarity what company goals are; roles and responsibilities changing all the time, basically some engineers are working for five people because of unclear structure and responsibilities.
