- Goals for the company change on the wind based on Private Equity's need to recoup on the investment made. - Senior Management needs a complete overhaul. - Experienced staff leaving regularly due to poor management. - Understaffed in every department as it helps the bottom line. - Always told to do more with less - Corporate acts with no sense of urgency - Lacks understanding of how demonstrative staff augment tech, engineers, and sales to perform more efficiently. - Unable to understand and follow industry standards. - Egos lead instead of sound business principals. - Lacks the ability to listen - Fails to use experienced staff to assist in making good decisions - Any issues raised are minimized by management and then not acted on. - Hiring process takes way to long. - Look elsewhere unless you enjoy watching a low motion train wreck.
