Ventajas

Set schedule. That's literally all.

Desventajas

Absolutely garbage to work for. Zero training, unreliable staff, more drama than an entire season of Jerry Springer, not to mention sub-living wages. Apparently you can get fired for allegedly rolling your eyes and being upset because a co-worker (worker used very loosely) flat out called you a liar and you wouldn't just sit there and take the abuse. Don't give this place any of your time or money. They don't deserve it.

Desventajas

This was met with the most hostile workplace I have encountered in my 14 year career. The leadership is out of touch with the realities of the day to day operations. Instead of celebrating their top performers, the mentality is that no-one is doing enough. You will feel squeezed as if our commission and life depended on it, however there is zero merit based financial gain - even as a top performers here.
