      Ventajas

      Plenty of growth opportunities thanks to the company’s rapid expansion. You get to work with state-of-the-art technologies and learn a lot very quickly. Compensation is great, especially compared to the Spanish market. Nice office perks too: free coffee, soft drinks, cookies, and fruit available all the time, plus lunch provided on Fridays

      Desventajas

      As a startup, the pace can be very demanding at times. This can occasionally be frustrating, but it’s part of the trade-off for working with cutting-edge technologies and having strong growth opportunities.

      - One of the few chances in Spain to work in the AI industry in the AI model development space. - Hyper-Growth: everyday is a new adventure - Plenty of opportunities for growth and show individual impact. - Very talented colleagues. - Very competitive salary (specially when combined with the special tax regime) - Very inclusive - visa sponsorship and support. The most international company I have ever worked for in Spain.

      Desventajas

      - Hyper-Growth: the company can be chaotic and high-pressure at times.
