So much turnover. Lots of people being laid off putting more pressure on those that remain, which results in good people burning out and leaving to find work elsewhere. The processes are old fashioned and the leadership are focused on cost cutting rather than offering real value to clients and investing/supporting the employees. It was one of the most intense places I ever worked because employees have to deal with constant self-inflicted firefighting due to decisions higher up.
