The work environment is extremely unhealthy and dominated by gossip and favoritism. Certain employees receive preferential treatment while others are overloaded with work. There is a lack of professionalism in task delegation, and sometimes tasks are intentionally given in a confusing or incorrect way so that others can later “step in” and appear helpful. The office space is very small and crowded, with all departments working in the same area, which contributes to constant distractions and a culture of gossip rather than collaboration. Management is also problematic. There is a strong pressure to work beyond scheduled hours, often without recognition or proper support. Instead of encouraging teamwork and professional growth, the leadership style feels exploitative and focused mainly on extracting as much work as possible from employees. Overall, the environment can feel stressful, unstructured and lacking in respect for employees’ time and well-being. Advice to Management: Improve leadership quality, establish clear processes and promote a respectful and professional workplace culture.
