Ventajas
It's a great place to start your career as a remote worker. You have a lot of little benefits and you are able to organize your work as you'd like, without having someone breathing on your neck. The company has a lot of space for improvement, so you can contribute if you'd like.
Desventajas
Benefits are not equal for workers outside of Vietnam and the company does not consider other working cultures in general (not even for helping resolve issues or communication barriers). You are expected to work outside of your assigned working hours and you are not seen as a team player if you don't (or if you request the corresponding compensation). There is no career path for most positions. If the area you are interested in is not in their plans to hire outside of Vietnam, you will not be able to work there, yet you are still expected to provide your ideas and improvements for others to work on (no credit is given to you). If you are outside of Vietnam, you only have 5 sick leave days per year and their health care plans don't cover the costs of some countries.
