Good if its your first job and don't minds working extra hours or weekends.
Desventajas
No traing on the private tools used. Every question,every process required input from the same couple of people creating bottlenecks. Not enough personnel resulting in unbalanced work demands. No effective communication between people inside the company. Most goals are pushed based on threats and shaming.
