Very simple interview. I walked through my resume and interests. Then expanded on why I was interested in Twenty and what motivates my work. A lot of it is also them explaining what they do.

Their Head of Recruitment called me after applying on their website. We spent about 30 minutes talking about my experience and motivations, then she went into more details about the company. It was early on in my job search, so I really wasn’t sure if recruitment was right for me. She thought I was a good fit, but wanted me to think things over and call her back in a few days if I was serious. I really appreciated that because the research I did helped my office interview significantly. I met a finance manager, a tech manager, and their managing director. It was a long interview, but I appreciated the fact that they took the time to get to know me. It also helped me better understand the company and their management styles.
