The process was very smooth and well-designed, and everyone I liaised with friendly & professional. Submitted my application on-line and received an invite the following day to record an initial video interview, with a set of 7 questions (related to my past experience and relevant to the position I was applying for). The tool lets you do a dry run, record your answers and play it back. Within a week from completing my video interview, I received an invite for the next step in application process - an on-site interview in Dusseldorf where I got to meet with 3 different teams. Everyone was friendly, easy to talk to, humble, and clearly knowledgeable about what they were talking about. In the interim, I was asked to complete a home assignment (Excel plus a case study) within 5 working days. After 10 days from my on-site interview I had a final Skype chat with the hiring manager and the CEO and I was offered the role the following day.
