The worst interview I ever had. It was like 5 rounds of interviews. And online application with lots of related and non-related questions! Mostly about are you going to be a ninja developer or not!!! It took 90 mins from me to fill the forms. Then another 90 mins HR interview. Mostly about we're ninjas and why do you want to be a ninja! Then an online test, including solving two questions (algorithms). Then an assignment project, which I should completed in 4-5 days and send it to some people. And then the best one!!! Two absolute junior developers who really didn't know about interviewing in general, started to ask me some questions about ECMAScript and nothing else! Genuinely just ECMAScript features. In the middle of interview one of them started to eat a sandwich and then I finally realized: oh, what I'm doing?!? What a horrible company.
