The interview process was frustratingly inefficient. While it started with a simple Google form, scheduling the phone interview was a hassle.
- They offered time slots spaced an hour apart, implying a specific call time. However, they didn't guarantee a call during your chosen slot.
- They informed me the day of the interview that I had a two-hour window to wait for their call.
- Unfortunately, I received the call three hours after my chosen slot, when I was already back at work after taking an hour off specifically for them.
- Rescheduling was necessary as they don't allow callbacks. Finding a new slot proved difficult, pushing my next interview back two weeks.
As a candidate, I value my time, and I expect a company to do the same. The lack of a streamlined process was disappointing, especially for such a large organization.
- After reading similar experiences in online reviews, it seems this company might not prioritize the value of potential and current employees.
- This inefficiency has made me reconsider whether to pursue this opportunity further.

So far I've had a short phone interview where they asked if I've work with Active Directory before and what is a vpn. The I had a recorded video interview where I was asked to introduce myself, name a time where I've dealt with a difficult situation at work and what skills did I use, and what are the first 3 steps I would take if someone called saying there screen is blank. A few days later I got an email to take a couple of assessments before meeting with management.

What a laughably unprofessional interview process, Scheduled a 1 on 1 meeting with management and waited in the zoom lobby for over an hour just for them to never show, don't waste your time with a company that could care less about yours.

First, the advertised jobs in just about every city to small village in America with the same description.
Basic Questions but I think that they're only doing data collection.
Fake video Interviews and no chance whatsoever of hearing from them with good news of getting an offer.
Don't waste your time with these people.
