Entrevista
Stage 1 = Hirevue on-demand interview where you record and submit timed answers to set questions. This can be completed at any point over 5 days and plenty of time to prepare for each question. Sounded scary initially but wasn't.
Stage 2 = online 1 hour interview via Teams with team leaders, questions and discussion only
Stage 3 = ~5 days to complete a task and prepare a presentation then an online 1 hour interview via Teams to present this to line manager and another team leader.
There were no trick questions: everyone was very friendly.
HR were very supportive throughout and provided lots of reading material and resources to help prepare and understand more about The Lego Group.
