After a phone interview, I was invited to an online interview with two people. If it was successful, I would proceed to a final stage presentation. Interviewers weren't prepare well and it demotivated me during interview

Well defined job requirements and 3 interviews.
The first interview seemed irrelevant to me as job seeker, as it was mostly to screen if I was a match for LEGO, not much about if LEGO was a match for me (lucky, I already knew it was!).
The second and third interviews were excellent.

One specific question does not come to mind, but I was asked several qualified questions which lead to a very clear understanding of the job, the workplace, the spirit and the colleagues, which I think lead to a great match!
