The interview was very relaxed. The intention was more on getting a feel for personality rather than past job experience or qualifications for the sales associate role. I was mainly asked very simple questions such as favourite Lego set, why I wanted to work there etc. They had no problem with the fact I had no previous retail experience

Everyone there was very welcoming and relaxed, easy to talk to. Overall very friendly atmosphere. Asked around six questions, had the manager and assistant manager present for the interview too.

Really enjoyable interview process. The management team was great and explained the role, duties, expectations, and salary in detail. Was very impressed by their professionalism and care towards their employees
Usual interview questions then selling a set and identifying needs of mock client to try sell a set. Had online screening questions initially that were fairly easy. Received callback for interview on same day that wanted to conduct interview
