First was a screening with the responsible recruiter, who asked questiones based off of my application and so on. Nice information on beforehand, on that I didn't need to prepare anything. Second interview was again with recruiter, colleagues and future people leader. Nice and with a very open mind into who I was, and what I had written, plus describing the position and it's tasks and how I could fit into those. Last was a physical interview. Again with the same from the second, where I had to prepare a case. Again the whole way through I was really well informed on what to bring, what was expected and when I could expect answers, who to reach out to and so on.
