I was contacted on LinkedIn by a LEGO talent manager who wanted to hear if I could be interested in a specific job opening at LEGO. After showing interest a phone conversation with the hiring director was arranged and we discussed the job in more details. I was then encouraged to send an application for the job if I were still interested. Afterwards, I was invited to a teams meeting with the hiring director and a coming colleague. After this meeting, I was invited to a final teams meeting with the hiring director, a director from another department and the talent manager. At this last meeting, I also had to present a case I had been working on.
