Initial interview was via Sonru, an automated recorded questions and answers system. Initially I was skeptical of this tool but it was really handy being able to do it at any time and it gave enough time to to read the question, think and answer. There was another few rounds of face to face interviews which I undertook online due to Covid policies. All interviewers were really friendly and the style of questions I thought really fluid and realistic. A presentation was required in my case and I was able to prepare in my own time over a few days, was a really interesting part of the process. The process did take longer than expected but maybe the timing added to that (covid lockdown). Once the face to face interviews started I was kept in the loop via the HR contact and further parts of the process went faster.
