First interview with recruiter on the phone during 30min about my motivations and past experiences. Second interview with team leader on the phone during 1h. Third interview on site with several team members, where I was asked to solve a ML problem during 1h, then some discussion to test my creative thinking skills during 1h, and finally a logic test during 1h. I went to the end of the recruitment process, but I did not receive any response from recruiter even though I chased two times. Very disrespectful.
