The interview process started with a detailed conversation with a recruiter covering the role, a few detailed work specific qualifications, working in Denmark and next steps in the process. The second step was a group interview with the hiring manager and a would be peer. They built off of the initial conversation, getting into more detail both with the questions and with information about the role.
