Applied online, was asked to do a logical/behavioural test prior to 1st initial phone call with the recruiter to later found out it was a 7 stage interview process. Overall, the process was very well organised, professional, and they offered feedback. I would point out, if I knew from the start there would be a 7 stage interview process, I would not have bothered applying and needs to be informed in future job posts.
