Applied online and was contacted by internal recruiter. Passed numerical and literacy online testes, followed by a telephone interview with the hiring manager. I was in quite close contact with the recruiter throughout the whole process until i was rejected. Then there was no feedback provided and my emails/calls and follow ups were completely ignored.
